In 2020 Middlesbrough Mela brought you the magical story of Sara. Written by Umar Butt & Illustrated by Becki Harper.

A fantastical journey filled with hope and healing, saving and being saved while also being entertained by Sara and her friends. The story explores a personal journey of friendship and shared experiences.

In 2021 Middlesbrough Mela invites you to explore Albert Park like never before. Play our interactive AR trails and explore more stories from Sara and her friends.

You do not need to read the original Sara storybook prior to playing the AR trails. However, you can read the original story here.

How To Play

1. Walk to the marker shown on the map.

You can use the 'Show On Map' link to get directions in Google Maps if needed.

2. When you find the marker simply answer the question or scan the marker.

3. When you enter the AR scene use your phone to explore the 360-degree graphics around you.

4. Some scenes may have optional audio or challenges for you to enjoy.

When you're ready to move on tap 'Continue' to find the sirections to the next marker.

5. When you complete the trail don't forget to take a selfie with your customised selfie-frame!
